Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
50% advance payment and 50% on completion (before pick up). Upon completion, the piece(s) will not be delivered until the balance has been paid in full. The balance must be paid within a week of notification, even if Buyer is not prepared to accept delivery. Seller is happy to hold the piece(s) for up to a week free of charge. Afterward Buyer is subject to possible storage fees.
ORDER CHANGES
You can cancel or change your order in full or in part within 2 calendar days of placing your order, without any costs or conditions. Seller is able to make changes to an order within 48 hours of deposit. Any change to the piece may cause a change in price and lead time. After 48 hours changes cannot be guaranteed.

You can cancel or change your order in full or in part within 2 calendar days after placing your order, without any costs or conditions.
LEAD TIME
At the time of purchase a lead time may be given:
Lead time for STANDARD collection: approximately 6-8 weeks (depends on the purchase volume).
Lead time for BESPOKE: by separate agreement.
Production begins when advance payment has been made.
DELIVERY
Delivery terms are decided on a case-by-case basis (because of: different city, different access to the object and etc.). Whether the furniture will fit in the room / through the door is the responsibility of the customer and ADO does not take any responsibility. MINIMUM ORDER
We do not have a minimum order.
WARRANTY
At ADO we know that good materials combined with genuine craftsmanship result in quality, hard-wearing furniture. Therefore, we are now giving a 2-year warranty on all designs. The warranty covers any functional, material or manufacturing defect on the products you buy from ADO. If you have purchased products through ADO partner outlet or display furniture from one of our stores, the warranty also applies, but not to any defects, damage or wear that the products have been sold with. ADO PRICE GUARANTEE
If you order ADO product and later find that we have an identical product at a special campaign price, we will apply a discount for the next purchase. Discount is valid for 6 months. If a special campaign takes place after a few days / weeks after the furniture was ordered, we can deduct the corresponding amount from the final payment. The ADO price guarantee applies for one month from the order date. In order to use the price guarantee, please contact ADO within the campaign period.
DIMENSION TOLERANCE
Since ADO collection contains upholstered furniture, please allow for a dimensional tolerance up to 5 cm on every piece.
TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS
In order to constantly improve the quality of our products we reserve the right to make technical improvements without notice.
FABRIC COMBINATION
There may be an upcharge above C.O.M. price for combination upholstery (two or more C.O.M.’s) applied to the same item. Please contact ADO and attach diagram of how to apply multiple fabrics.
CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL (C.O.M.)
ADO shall not be considered in any way liable for the quality and suitability of fabrics sent to us by costumers. Please check with the fabric or leather supplier the material’s characteristics that you intend to send us for processing.
C.O.M. MARKING
Clearly mark all materials with the following: your and/or company name, purchase order number, model number / name and quantity of items to be covered. Failure to provide the above mentioned information may cause a delay in processing your order.
PRODUCT CLAIM
If you’ve been unlucky and received a defective item, you should send your claim to: info@adofurniture.com
